学校系里面给我发了一个这样的邮件offer还会远吗？

今天一大早发过来的邮件，pdf格式的，一看是院系里的，原文如下： 1 am pleased to inform you that you have been recommended for acceptance into the Master of computer science degree program. Your lll-time studies commence September 2015. You will be required to participate in the CS Program's Data Structures & Programming Workshop during your first term of studies. This recomrnendation has been forwarded to the Faculty of Graduate Studies for final approval. If our recommendation is approved you will receive a letter of acceptance from the Registrar 's Office admitting you to the degree program. The approval process takes approximately two to four weeks. At that point you will required ..................后面就是一些交钱占位置的东西。。 貌似需要补课程，还要给Registrar 's Office最终定。。这种情况是稳了么？
